Purpose⌄
The booking covers professional case handling to arrange a polygraph examination. The case is reviewed before the appointment is finally confirmed.
€50 reservation⌄
A €50 payment activates the case and starts the assignment of a qualified examiner to the case. This amount is deducted from the total service price.
Reservation refund⌄
The €50 is not refundable if the client cancels, withdraws or no longer needs the service after case handling has started. It is refunded in full if Global Credibility cannot assign an examiner to the case or cannot provide the requested service.
Remaining payment⌄
After deducting the €50 reservation, the remaining balance is split into two equal parts: 50% is payable within 48 hours after agreeing the appointment with the assigned examiner; the final 50% is payable at the office before the examination begins.
Changes & cancellation⌄
Appointments may be rescheduled with sufficient notice and subject to availability. Amounts already earned for started services or the reservation are governed by these terms and the applicable legal documentation.
Requirements⌄
The examinee must meet the applicable requirements, present valid identification and attend in suitable condition. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted before the test. Relevant medical circumstances must be disclosed in advance.
Examination⌄
Questions are agreed in advance, clear and focused on verifiable facts. Countermeasures, unauthorized recordings and third-party interference are not permitted.
Results⌄
The result is a professional opinion based on psychophysiological recordings and is not absolute legal truth. A report is normally issued after technical analysis.
Privacy & documents⌄
Data protection, retention, withdrawal and other legal matters are governed by current INTERPOLYS legal documentation and applicable Spanish/EU law.
