Terms and Conditions of Service

Attention: This document is a legally binding agreement between you and INTERPOLYS. Please review all sections carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking and Participation Conditions

Mutual Consent: The Client confirms that all persons undergoing testing are familiar with these terms and voluntarily agree to the procedure.

Condition Requirements: Persons who have been under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, or psychotropic substances within the last 24 hours are not permitted to take the test.

Medical Contraindications: Testing is not conducted for pregnant women (as well as within 4 weeks after childbirth), persons with pacemakers, or severe heart disease without prior consultation with a physician.

Age Restrictions: Services are provided exclusively to persons who have reached 18 years of age.
2. Examination Regulations

Identification: Upon arrival, the person undergoing the examination is required to present an original photo ID (passport, DNI, or driver’s license).

Conduct and Safety: Any aggressive behavior, attempts to bribe the expert, or use of physical countermeasure methods against the equipment will lead to immediate termination of the test without a refund.

Question Format: During the test, only closed-ended questions are asked (answers “Yes” or “No”). Questions of a personal nature regarding religious beliefs or political convictions are not permitted.

Presence of Third Parties: Only the expert and the person undergoing the examination may be in the room during testing. Third parties may only be present during the preliminary briefing.
3. Financial Terms and Cancellation Policy

Location Confidentiality: The exact address of the professional office is provided to the client only after confirmation of full payment for the service. This is necessary to ensure the safety and anonymity of the process.
4. Data Processing and Information Storage

Protection Standards: Data processing is conducted in strict accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 regulations.

Storage Duration: The final expert report is stored for 12 months. Video and audio recordings of the examination are deleted 24 hours after the report is issued, unless otherwise agreed upon for legal proceeding purposes.

Mandatory Reporting: The expert is required to notify law enforcement authorities of facts discovered during the test regarding serious crimes or violence in accordance with current legislation.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Force Majeure

Distance Contract: The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. However, the right to a refund of the fee (1/3) is lost if the company has already commenced performance (expert assignment, room rental, preliminary questionnaire analysis).

Force Majeure: INTERPOLYS is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (technical accidents, strikes, natural disasters). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
